Atlassian will implement significant pricing changes to its Data Center offering starting February 2025. In addition to adjusting its rates, Atlassian is introducing new user levels to better align its pricing structure with its cloud products. Learn more about the changes and how to prepare for them.
Atlassian has announced a price increase for Data Center licenses, effective February 11, 2025. This adjustment will affect both list prices and preferred rates. We have summarized the most important changes for you.
List price increases:
- Jira Software: 15-25%
- Confluence: 15-25%
- Jira Service Management: 15-25%
The following products will receive advantaged plan price increases:
- Jira Software: 30%
New user tiers and thresholds:
To better reflect the value and scalability of Data Center products and align with cloud product tiers, new user tiers are being introduced and the Unlimited tier thresholds are being increased:
- Jira Software: 50,000 to 150,000 users in increments of 10,000
- Confluence: 45,000 to 150,000 users in increments of 10,000
- Jira Service Management: 14,000 to 20,000 users in increments of 1,000
New thresholds for the Unlimited tier by product:
- Jira Software: from 150,001 users
- Confluence: from 150,001 users
- Jira Service Management: from 20,001 users
These measures are designed to help customers prepare for a potential migration to the cloud by aligning the data center pricing structure with cloud products.
